Privacy Policy for Coaching Services

2. Purpose of data processing
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing coaching services, in particular for:
• Scheduling appointments
• Conducting coaching sessions
• Invoicing
• Communicating with clients
• Documenting the coaching process (where necessary)
Only data necessary for the collaboration will be collected.

3. Categories of personal data
Depending on the nature of our collaboration, the following data may be processed:
• Contact and master data (name, address, email, telephone number)
• Information arising from the coaching process
• Invoicing and payment information
• Communication data (emails, notes, online meeting data)
Personal data requiring special protection will only be processed with your express consent.

4. Disclosure of data
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except:
• where there is a legal obligation to do so
• where clients have given their express consent
• where external tools are used (e.g. Zoom, Teams), in which case their privacy policies also apply
Data will not be disclosed for marketing purposes.

5. Storage and Security
Data is treated confidentially and stored securely.
• Digital data is stored in encrypted form.
• Notes from coaching sessions are retained only for as long as is necessary for the coaching process.
• Upon completion of the collaboration, data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Clients’ rights
Under the revDSG, clients have the right to:
• Information about the data processed
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of data, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it
• Restriction of processing
• Withdrawal of consent
Enquiries may be made at any time to the contact address given above.

7. Use of online tools
Tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams may be used for online coaching sessions.
Clients are advised that these providers have their own privacy policies, over which the coach has no influence.

8. Website (if applicable)
If a website is operated, additional data such as IP addresses, cookies or usage statistics may be collected.
These are used exclusively for the technical provision and optimisation of the website.

9. Changes to the privacy policy
This privacy policy may be amended as necessary.
The current version is available on the website or will be provided on request.
